                                                    魚醃白胡椒酒鹽後沾麵粉煎乾


                                                         再熱油炒麻辣花椒和八角
                                                         放入清水煮煮約15分鐘


                                                      (如好喜辣味多煮些時候撈去)


                                                  再炒一粒洋蔥放點點黑醋後下湯裡


                                                          放魚之前在湯裡加白醋


                                                            (如酸辣湯的酸度)


                                                              凍豆腐也一起下鍋


                                                        小火煮一陣子約二十分鐘


                                                          起鍋前再放入切段的青蒜


                                              


                                         飯前先喝一碗吧~開胃ㄝ回想起來會流口水ㄛ~
